High-Torque Power Systems
Engineering a high-power-density axial flux permanent magnet motor. Unlike radial motors, this design utilizes a "pancake" geometry to maximize torque while minimizing axial footprint, ideal for a strong power to weight ratio.
A self-designed machine featuring a robotic arm and paper dispenser. Iteratively designed mechanisms in CAD, wired, and coded the control system, and optimized for a $600 self-funded budget.
Hardware Build
Converted mountain and road bikes to electric power. Designed and built custom battery packs safely while maintaining a strict $250 budget through cost-effective hardware sourcing.
